Return Policy

Limited Warranty:

3R Sales & Service warrants all new products against manufacturing defects for one year from our customers purchase date. (Rebuilt and Used parts are not included).
3R Sales & Service will not be liable for any cost of service calls, installation, alleged harm, both personal and materially and/or any other damages resulting from the installation of our parts.

Claims:

Shortages and damaged merchandise must be reported to 3R Sales & Service 5 days from receipt of merchandise. All in-transit damaged merchandise must be claimed with Freight Company by our customer at the time of receipt of goods, and notation made on the bill of lading at that time.

Return Information:

Catalog products are returnable within 60 days of being received.
In order to return an item, the customer must call for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number and the item needs to be in like new condition in original packaging. Only returns with an authorized RMA number displayed on the label will be accepted by our receiving department. Products returned without an authorized RMA number will be refused and returned to sender. To determine if your product is eligible to obtain an RMA number, please contact us. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. A Return Material Authorization number is not a GUARANTEE of Credit.
Electrical parts are not returnable if once installed or connected to a power supply. This includes, but is not limited to electric motors, electronic speed controllers, all switches of any type, solenoids and relays, electronic circuitry, charge indicators, battery chargers, gauges, horns, speedometers, diodes, coils, ignitors, voltage regulators, and starter generators, unless covered by a expressed written manufacturer's warranty. We extend no warranty on electrical or electronic components beyond the manufacturer's own written factory warranty.
After the returned item is received, a refund will be issued on the credit card it was originally charged to.

Special Orders:

Any items ordered that are not listed in our catalog or E-commerce site are determined as Special Order. All special order items are NOT RETURNABLE. Other non-returnable items are aerosol cans, electrical items, hardware, manuals, custom products and batteries.
